Will they guarantee no price increases for 6 months and put it in writing? Will they give a discount if you pay say, 6 months or a year in advance? What is the bottom line cost to move in? P.S. almost forces you to buy their insurance and charges you a non-refundable administration fee ( I hate it when I am nickle and dimed to death). These costs are usually not revealed until you show up with a truck full of "randomly used crap". Currently in Colorado large units (10x10 or bigger) are getting very scarce. And ... the two lbiggest dangers to your crap are theft (get a big lock or rent at place with individual alarms) and water damage (roof lieaking). In some cases you get what you pay for. State of the art security systems cost money.
