Available March Sublet?
Hello readers of 423smith. Some good friends of ours (mom and dad and new baby) are waiting for their new apartment to get finished up. In the meantime they need a short term sublet for March. They are are clean, responsible, employed and we like them a whole bunch. Drop me an email if you have any good leads for them.

Hello-
My name is Gina and I am looking to sublet my apt. short term in either March or early April in order to enable a trip to Miami to visit family. My place is a one bedroom and fully furnished with seperate kitchen and bath, along with great bay windows!Convienent shopping, restaurants, bars etc. are located nearby. I am located in Clinton Hill- I don’t know if you need to stay closer to Smith St., but the train is half a block away where you can catch the G to Smith St. It is only a ten minute ride,and is extremely convienent. I know as I work on Court St.I would need some sort of security and at least 1600 for the month, (although I am willing to negotiate.) Call 917-650-7810 if interested.
