They're excited to exploit the proximity to the F/G Carroll St. stop. It makes sense that the real estate there is more valuable as a restaurant than a laundromat, but the guy I heard was criticizing where they intend to put the kitchen. I have not done my laundry here, but always admired these lovely graphics. McDonalds would be awful! The Dunkin Donuts is bad enough. The woman in the laundry across from the former Key Food (now an unnecessary drugstore), told me she was worried about the new customers she was going to get. She said she would only take a few of you. Hint: Only drop clothes off on the weekdays not the weekend. She hates the weekend. I think she might be edging toward retirement. I've spent 3 hrs doing 2 loads.
