TMI: The Chub Rub Solution

For those of you of the pleasantly plump persuasion, as I am myself, you may be familiar with chub rub a problem that becomes a real challenge during the summer months when you want nothing more than to be frolicking the hot days away in a cute skirt or dress. At this point if you don’t know what I am talking about then this post is perhaps not for you. But for the folks who know what I am talking about - please read on.
So I’ve pretty much avoided skirts and dresses for years. Or I’ll wear leggings or shorts or something under them, which isn’t the best solution because 1. who wants more layers in the summer? 2. if you are already plump do you really want a pair of shorts under your skirt plumping you out even more? No, of course not. But no more! Someone has told me about the chub rub solution and I feel absolutely obligated to pass it on even though it makes for a somewhat embarrassing blog post. So here goes, bust our your cutest skirt cause the answer is deodorant. Yep. Deodorant. I’ve been told that Degree works best. Also it must be a SOLID deodorant (no gel or spray). Oh also, make sure your legs are dry if you just hopped out of the shower. Apply to effected areas before you head out for the day and go about strutting your stuff! I’m not kidding when I say this is a serious revelation. I took the “solution” for a test spin this weekend with excellent results. More chub rub tips including an all too familiar story here.

Hi There, Great and Awful story all at once! One I know all too well. I just tried out a product called Chub Rub Thigh Salvation that I saw on Good Morning America and it works just great. No thick white residue as the deodorant you suggested leaves behind and it’s all natural plus I hated the fact that my general hoo-haa area was smelling a bit like my armpit area when I applied deodorant to my thighs, this stuff smells like lavender. Just wanted to pass on the tip.
